My family and I have been going up to our cabin for Fourth of July every year for as long as I can remember and this year was no exception. So my best friend and I packed up my car with swimsuits, food and multiple Spotify playlists to get us pumped for our four day weekend on the lake! And although our goal was to get away from life down the mountain and just spend the weekend celebrating with my entire family I did have her snap a few pictures of the outfit I wore on the drive up and I have to say I'm obsessed! Its laid back and casual and was perfect for sitting in a car for a couple hours (:
I chose to wear overalls because they're the easiest things to throw on over any t-shirt or tank top and they give off such a cool vibe. Plus the 90s are definitely making a comeback and I am totally okay with it!
For shoes I threw on some white converse cause hello converse just scream summer to me! For necklaces I threw on some chokers to take that 90s trend up a notch, despite the weird looks my mom and best friend gave me! And sunglasses because I'm pretty sure I don't go anywhere without some sunnies. I've been so obsessed with these mirrored ones lately!
